Connectivity Update!02.April.2009
We have been receiving reports that some of you guys are experiencing technical difficulties in connecting to Perfect World and some of our web services.
Please provide the info below by either posting in this
THREAD or by filing a ticket at the
CS page.
1. Username
2. Server
3. Internet Service Provider (i.e. SMARTbro Canopy, Smarbro SIM, VIBE, PLDT dsl, etc.)
4. Location: (i.e. ParaƱaque, CDO, Baguio, etc.)
5. What service can’t you access? (Perfect World website, CS page, Perfect World Game, MYLU, etc.)
6. When did you start to encounter this problem?
7. Are there any programs/application running in the background while attempting to connect?
8. Tracert & PING results
To get the Tracert results please follow these steps:
* Open Command Prompt Window:
* For Tracert, type tracert 125.5.127.1
* Press Enter.
* Wait until Trace Complete appears.
* To copy, right click on your mouse button and choose Select All. Then click on Copy.
* Paste the results in your forum post/ticket description area.
To get the PING results please follow these steps:
* Type ping 125.5.127.1 in the command prompt
* Press Enter.
* Wait until another command prompt appears.
* Right click on your mouse button and choose Select All and then click on Copy.
* Paste the results in your forum post/ticket description area.
