yes vend kasi when you look at ur actual exp kulang pa to level up, so pag ganyan you need to kill 1 more mob para matuloy ang pag lelevel

nangyari sa kin 100% but still, it was sooo exact, didnt allowed me to level up.

maybe you have to exceed the actual exp requirement...like kung 1,500,000 ang exp requirement, you have to make at least 1,500,001 exp, i think. Parang sa diablo 2, ganun kasi dun eh.
