I.Story
“Ngiyaw” purred a huge cat.
Wan Luan looked at the metal tiger lounging sitting near the steel
door. “Ok you big cat. Time for you to start this year with a bang.”
The victory of the heroes against the Lu Chang’s schemes pleased the
Emperor greatly. The people of Perfect World deserve this much awaited
celebration and he already planned a great celebration filled with
fireworks display for all to enjoy.
Since the clans led the victory against the soulless, it also their
privilege to lead the New Year celebration. Wan Luan promised to add
treasures to the coffers of the clans who showed the best display of
fireworks.
Wan Luan shook his head out of his reverie. He stepped into the sunlight and smiled. “It’s time!”
II. Eligibility
All clans are invited to join and register.
III. Event Schedule:
• Tiger – Feb 16, 2010 7:00pm to 9:00pm
• Dragon – Feb 17, 2010 7:00pm to 9:00pm
• Serpent – Feb 18, 2010 7:00pm to 9:00pm
IV. Mechanics:
1. Participating clans must register at Celebration thread on or before February 15 with the following format:
- Clan Name:
- Clan Master:
- Realm:
Clans could register at this thread: Registration
2. GMs will add the registered Clan masters in the pyrolympics chatroom
30 minutes before the event (6:30pm). This is for the event
preparation.
3. The participating clan should go to the location that the GMs will broadcast at the start of the event.
4. GMs will call one clan at a time to show their fireworks display.
Once the GMs give the go signal, the clan can start their fireworks
display.
5. The participating clan will be given 3 minutes to show their intense Dance of the Dragons Fireworks display.
6. There will be 3 winners per server. GMs will choose 3 winners based on the following criteria:
o Creativity: 70%
o Presentation: 30%
7. Winning clans will be announced on February 18, 2009.
8. In-game items will be inserted on or before March 4, 2010.
V. Event Rules:
1. Only a maximum of 15 clans per server can register. There should be a minimum of 15 members present during the event proper.
2. The participating clans can use as many fireworks as they can.
3. GM's will have the right to penalize any player that will violate the Mandate of heaven during the event.
4. When the GMs call your clan, you have 10 mins to show up. Clans who
fail to present themselves upon the time limit will forfeit their slot
at which new clan can present.
