Create your own mount
Greetings Heroes!
The love bug bites once again. Show your love to the game and create
your own version of a mount with the touch of a Filipino. We thought it
would be great to showcase our talents and show the whole Pangu what a
Philippine mount should look like. So get on it and ride like the wind!
Your mount could be THE mount.
Eligibility: All players
Event Schedule: Feb 2 – Mar 6, 2010
Time:
February 2 – February 27, 2010 Submission of Entries
March 1 – March 6, 2010 Votation of Winner
Mechanics:
- Create a mount for Perfect World Philippines.
- Each participant may submit as many entries as they want provided that each entry will have its own registration form.
- Participation is free of charge.
- By
entering the contest, the participant gives LU! the rights to freely
publish said image online or in printed media in relation to the
contest, without remuneration.
- All entries should be original. Modifying, enhancing or altering someone else’s work does not constitute an original entry.
- Entries should be in .PNG or .JPG files at 72dpi – screen resolution – at approx. 800-1000 pixels wide
- Each entry should have 4 images; front view, top view, side view and ¾ view.
- All entries must be submitted to pwsociety@levelupgames.ph with Email Subject “Ride like the Wind” on or before February 27, 2010 11:59 pm.
- Each entry submitted should include the following:
• Name of Mount:
• Artist:
• Email Address:
• Description of Image (the more info provided here, the better):
The judges will select the top 5 entries and will put the entries in a poll starting on March 1, 2010.
The entry with most votes at the end of the event on March 6, 2010 at 3 pm,
will be selected as Perfect World Philippines’ mount. The mount will be
developed by Wan Mei and will be available in game on the latter part
of the year.
Rules:
- Level Up employees and their relatives up to the
2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining
the contest.
- Entries should be original. Please avoid posting your entry online lest someone might inadvertently or purposely copy your work.
- Images
must conform to nominal decency guidelines. Any image deemed to contain
content that depicts violence, racial, political, religious, sexual, or
any other inflammatory material in an inappropriate manner may be
disqualified and removed.
- The judges’ decisions are final.
- Level Up is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the participant.
- By entering the contest, the participant warrants that he or she is the creator thus sole copyright owner of the said image.
- Level
Up reserves the right to, if necessary, modify the rules, cancel or
extend the contest at any time for any reason, without notice or prior
warning.
