Do not activate the quest

Attention Perfect World heroes!

The recent patch unintentionally activated a NPC in Arcadia Town. DO NOT ACTIVATE the quest or you will be stuck in Misty City.

The GM Team is currently aware of the issue.

If you accidentally got warped inside Misty City, please file a ticket so the GM Team can summon you out of the dungeon.

Indicate that you got stuck in Misty City.
